Dr. Pucci is the Director of the MEDARVA Low Vision Center. She specializes in low vision rehabilitation and visual dysfunction after brain injury.
PRACTICE
Dr. Pucci helps individuals with vision impairment maximize their visual function at home, work, school, and in everyday life. She enjoys finding innovative solutions for both adult and pediatric populations.
Dr. Pucci also provides comprehensive neuro-optometric evaluations and vision rehabilitation for individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries. She loves helping her patients regain comfortable and efficient vision.
EDUCATION
Dr. Pucci completed her undergraduate degree in biological sciences at Cornell University and earned a master’s degree in teaching at VCU. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and served as a clinical research fellow in Polytrauma and Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation at the Major Charles Robert Soltes Jr. Blind Rehabilitation Center at the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in Long Beach, California.
PROFILE
Dr. Pucci enjoys reading, salsa dancing, and spending time with her husband and dog. Before becoming an optometrist, Dr. Pucci taught biology in Richmond Public Schools.
